About
I’m Jon, an astrophotographer based in Essex.
I photograph the night sky to reveal what our eyes cannot see on their own: the structure of distant galaxies, the colour inside nebulae and the texture of our nearest neighbour.
The name Wood & Stars remains from an earlier creative chapter. Its focus is now firmly upward.
